Surprising Read

I am currently reading (listening to) Robinson Crusoe. I always thought I knew what that book was about but have been very surprised in it's content. Even though it tells about his experiences with a shipwreck and being alone to survive on an island...it is really all about his finding God and repentance and faith on that island. Even though he hopes to be rescued he comes to a realization that his life before gave him everything, but he really had nothing because he was sinful and didn't worship God. He now has nothing.........but has discovered God and feels he has everything. It is really a deeply spiritual book. I listened to it while Scott went to Priesthood Conference. I had a hard time stopping. Good book!
